Meet the Team

Brandon Christopher, RN

Owner | CEO | Certified Aesthetic Specialist

Brandon is a Board Certified Registered Nurse and has received extensive training from Plastic Surgeon Dr. Joseph A. Russo, M.D., P.C at Aesthetic Institute of Massachusetts, where he has perfected the art of injectables, and taught as their Clinical Lead Instructor teaching other nurses and physicians the techniques and skills of the trade. Brandon has years of clinical experience that is second to none in the industry; he graduated from Salem State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing in 2012. Brandon’s nursing career has primarily consisted of Emergency and Critical Care experience. He has gained immense clinical knowledge and exposure to many complex medical problems—something his clients appreciate

Prior to graduating college, Brandon worked as a Makeup Artist and trainer for many years at MAC, Nars, and Chanel. At one point during Brandon’s makeup career he employed a team of makeup artists, hair stylists, and photographers from Boston to NYC. From working magazine editorials to weddings to avant-garde shows at New York Fashion week, Brandon has always had a passion for all things beauty and has always been drawn to facial aesthetics. His career, now, enables him to empower his clients and enhance their self-confidence, contributing positively to their overall well-being.

Many of his clients find comfort in knowing that he not only has expertise in the realm of facial aesthetics but also has extensive training and experience in the ER and ICU setting.

Brandon brings personality, intelligence, motivation, and passion to the ever-changing field of aesthetics and nursing. His background allows him to expertly blend art and science to deliver impeccable results for his clients. Brandon has since relocated to the beautiful seaside town of Provincetown after having his own medical spa office on Newbury Street in Boston.

Dr. Joseph Russo, MD

Dr. Russo serves as our Medical Director here at Helltown Aesthetics.

Dr. Russo is a Board-certified, Harvard-trained Plastic Surgeon in the Boston area. His private practice in Boston, MA has been running since 1991 and has evolved into a full-service surgical and cosmetic center. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS). With a passion for both surgical and nonsurgical cosmetic treatment options, he is considered a national leader in the medical aesthetics industry and reigns as a Top 5 Allergan® account and Top 20 Merz® account.

Stephen Winglass, RN

Stephen has been an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nurse since 2015 graduating from Northeastern University. He spent many years traveling the country and working through the pandemic providing needed care for patients with a variety of disease processes.

He is so excited to come to Provincetown this summer to provide care to clients visiting or local townies needing IV fluids and holistic nursing care. Blending his experience from the ICU you will be in good hands under the care of Stephen either due to dehydration, muscle recovery, or simply providing maintenance fluids.

In his free time Stephen enjoys Crossfit, the beach, and books. If you see him around town be sure to say hello!

Patrick Burke, RN

Patrick is a native to Cape Cod, and he is a graduate from the Health Technology Program at Upper Cape Cod Regional Technical High School. Patrick will tell you that It was thanks to his incredible high school teachers that he was able to discover his passion for nursing at a young age. He then continued to follow this passion and obtained his dream job as an Emergency Room Nurse at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. However, as much as he loved his job, Patrick learned he loved his family and life here on the Cape even more. Growing up on Cape Cod Patrick himself will tell you just how truly magical P-Town is. You will even hear him refer to P-Town as “Gay Disney Land”, and he says that’s because “when you’re in P-Town it does not matter who you are, where you are from, or what your background is. When you are in P-Town you are surrounded by an overwhelming feeling of love and joy”. At 26 years of age, Patrick says cannot recall a single bad memory in P-Town. He has been lucky enough to have created some of his happiest core memories here. He is now ready to start this next chapter and keep creating my more memories as nurse. His hopes are that together we all have an amazing experience, and you leave his care feeling even better than when you came in!
