Unused treatments do not roll over; however, you may pause your membership for up to 30 days. (Once every 6 months).
Basic and Premium plan treatments are non-transferrable. Elite and Platinum plan treatments are shareable if the member is present and also receiving treatment.
Memberships have a 5-month minimum commitment. After that you may pause or cancel your membership at any time. To do so please email us.
