Offered Helltown Aesthetics LLC offers a variety of IV therapy and medical spa services designed to improve wellness, boost energy levels, and enhance overall health. Our services are provided by licensed medical professionals and compliance with Massachusetts healthcare regulations.
To access our services, you must be 18 years of age or older or have legal parental or guardian consent. You affirm that all information provided to us is accurate and that you are in good health and have consulted with a healthcare provider regarding the suitability of our services for your health.
By using our services, you consent to the treatments provided by our medical professionals. You acknowledge that you have been informed of the benefits, risks, and potential side effects associated with the treatments.
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We require a 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee for the cost of service. For variable services a no-show fee of $500 per each 30 minute intervals based upon scheduled appointment time will be charged to the client for all no-shows. This policy is in line with Massachusetts consumer protection laws.
Full payment is required at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards and cash only. Refunds are available only for services that have not been provided and must be requested within 72 hours of scheduled appointment. Thereafter, a credit will be issued to the client’s account. This policy is in accordance with Massachusetts consumer protection statutes.
We adhere to strict privacy policies compliant with Massachusetts General Laws (MGL) Chapter 93H, ensuring the protection of your personal and health information.
Helltown Aesthetics LLC is not liable for any injury or health complications that may result from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
